These terms apply to your use of gracenear.com and its related domains (the "Site"), operated by Quantum Arbor LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site describes Gracenear, a care circle app that is in development and not available to the public, and lets you contact us or join our early circle. Joining the early circle does not create an account, guarantee access to the app or a study, or require you to buy anything.
Not medical advice and not an emergency service
Nothing on the Site is medical, legal or financial advice. Gracenear is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not an emergency or medical alert service. It does not contact 911. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Research and grants
Statements about our research plans and our application to the National Institute on Aging describe our plans only. They do not mean we have received funding, and nothing on the Site is endorsed by the National Institutes of Health or any government agency. Any research study will have its own consent process.
Who may use the Site
You must be 18 or older to send us information through the Site.
What you send us
Please send only information that is accurate and yours to share. Do not send medical details or other people's personal information. If you share a story with us, we will not publish it or any part of it without asking you first and getting your written permission. By sending us ideas or feedback, you let us use them to improve Gracenear without owing you anything, though we will always credit or ask you when it is fair to do so.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site. That includes trying to break into it, overload it, send spam through the form, or use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Gracenear name, leaf mark, text and design of the Site belong to Quantum Arbor LLC. You may share links to the Site, but please do not copy its content for commercial use without permission. Figures we cite belong to their publishers and are linked to their sources.
Links
The Site links to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties
The Site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will always be error free or available, and plans described on it may change.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quantum Arbor LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date.
