Consumer health data policy
Effective November 2, 2026
Some state laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law, protect information about a person's health. This policy explains how Quantum Arbor LLC handles any consumer health data that reaches us through gracenear.com and its related domains. It sits alongside our privacy policy.
We try not to collect it at all
We do not need any health information to add you to the early circle. Our form asks you not to include medical details or the names of the people you care for, and the message box is optional.
Categories we may collect
Only if you choose to write it in the optional message box:
- Health conditions, diagnoses or care needs you mention about yourself or someone you care for, such as memory loss or dementia.
- Information that suggests you or someone else is seeking care or caregiving help.
Where it comes from
Only from you, through our form. We do not buy health data, receive it from other companies, or infer it from your browsing.
Why we collect it and how we use it
- To read and reply to your message.
- To plan our early testing and research study, so Gracenear fits real families and caregivers.
We never use it for advertising, and we never sell it.
Your consent
We collect a message only after you tick a separate box consenting to it. That consent is not bundled with anything else. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing admin@quantumarbor.biz, and we will delete your message.
Who we share it with
We do not share consumer health data with third parties. It is stored by our service provider Supabase, which hosts our database in the United States and processes it only on our instructions. If we ever wanted to share it for any other reason, we would first ask for your separate consent.
Your rights
- Confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you and get a copy of it.
- Get a list of anyone we have shared it with.
- Have it deleted, including from our service provider's systems.
- Withdraw your consent.
Email admin@quantumarbor.biz with the subject "Health data request". We will respond within 45 days. If we cannot honor a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to that email. If you are not satisfied with our answer to your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general.
How long we keep it
Submissions are deleted automatically after 24 months, or sooner if you ask.
