Privacy policy

Effective November 2, 2026

This policy explains how Quantum Arbor LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through gracenear.com and its related domains gracenear.app and gracenear.care (the "Site"). Gracenear is in development and the Gracenear app is not available to the public. This policy covers the Site only. Before the app opens to anyone, we will publish a separate notice for it.

The short version

We collect only what you choose to send us in our form.
The Site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising tools and no tracking pixels. Our fonts are hosted on our own Site, so your visit is not shared with a font service.
We never sell your personal information and never use it for advertising.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing admin@quantumarbor.biz.

Information we collect

When you use our form, we collect the information you enter:

Your name and email address (required).
Your organization, role, and city and state (optional).
Which option best describes you, such as someone who helps a person at home, a caregiver, an agency, or a researcher.
Any message you choose to write (optional).
Your choices on our consent boxes, the version of the wording you agreed to, and the date and time you sent the form.

To protect the form from abuse, we limit how many messages can be sent from one place in an hour. To do that we keep a scrambled, one way code made from your device's network address, never the address itself, and never with your submission.

Please do not send us medical details or the names of the people you care for. If your message does include health information, our consumer health data policy explains how we handle it.

How we use it

To reply to you and arrange a conversation if you asked for one.
To invite you to take part in early testing or a research study, if you joined for that. Any study will have its own consent form and ethics review.
To send occasional updates about Gracenear, only if you ticked the updates box. Every update email will include a way to unsubscribe, and we honor requests within 10 business days.
To plan and improve Gracenear and our research using what people tell us.
To keep the Site secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our purposes:

Supabase, which hosts our database and the code that receives the form, in the United States.
Our website host, which delivers the pages of the Site.
Our email provider, when we reply to you or send updates you asked for.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months from the date you sent them, and our database deletes older submissions automatically. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will do so within 45 days.

Your choices and rights

See, correct or delete. Email admin@quantumarbor.biz and tell us what you would like. We may ask you to confirm your email address so we know the request is really from you.
Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any update, or email us.
Withdraw consent. You can withdraw any consent you gave, at any time, by emailing us. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.
Do Not Track. Because the Site does not track you across sites or over time, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off.

Some state laws give residents specific privacy rights. We extend the rights above to everyone, wherever you live, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

We use encryption in transit, a locked down database that the public cannot read, and limits on who can access submissions. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

The Site and Gracenear are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other sites, such as the Alzheimer's Association and quantumarbor.biz. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so on the Site, and we will ask for your consent where the law requires it.
